Symphonic Dances from West Side Story.
Steven Spielberg showed with his new film adaptation of West Side Story that Bernstein's musical is a timeless masterpiece. Paying full attention to the music, the Symphonic Dances from the musical prove that once again. You will hear Somewhere, Maria, the Mambo and all the other classics pass by in this infectious music.

Inon Barnaton plays Gershwin
When Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue was a resounding success, angry tongues in New York claimed that Gershwin was just a one-hit wonder. To prove them wrong, Gershwin composed his greatest and most complex work to that time with his delightful Piano Concerto in F. With this concerto, Gershwin brought jazz, the charleston, the blues and other popular American "folk music" to the concert hall. Pianist Inon Barnatan, "one of the most admired pianists of his generation" according to The New York Times, makes Gershwin's piano concerto swing and shine.
