Dolf Drabbels

Dutch tenor Dolf Drabbels studied solo singing at the ArtEZ conservatory in Arnhem with Harry van Berne. He took master classes with Roberta Alexander, David Wilson Johnson and Beryl Foster. Currently, Dolf Drabbels is coached by Marcel Reijans.

Meanwhile, Dolf Drabbels is in great demand as a soloist and has worked with leading conductors Daniel Reuss, Klaas Stok, Etienne Siebens and Jan Willem de Vriend.
He has also mastered his skills as an ensemble singer and sings regularly in renowned ensembles such as Cappella Amsterdam conducted by Daniel Reuss, Amsterdam Baroque Choir conducted by Ton Koopman, the Nederlands Kamerkoor conducted by Peter Dijkstra and the Groot Omroepkoor.

Some of Dolf Drabbels' repertoire includes the Masses and Requiem of W.A. Mozart, the cantatas and passions of J.S. Bach, the Messiah of G.F. Handel, the
masses by L. van Beethoven and several works by J. Haydn. Dolf Drabbels is also at home in the song repertoire of Schubert, Schumann, Fauré and Poulenc.
