Chamber music (3) - Coraline Groen and Rik Kuppen: talented and surprising

With a well-deserved first prize and audience award, Coraline Groen left the Oskar Back Competition 2020. In the same year, she performed with the 2nd and 3rd prize winners in the MCO. A remarkable performance because of her breathtaking playing and her exceptional choice of repertoire. Now she surprises with her choice of sonatas by Maurice Ravel, Nikolay Medtner and Sergei Prokofiev. She performs with her regular duo partner, pianist Rik Kuppen. Winner of the Prinses Christina Concours and the Grote Kamermuziekprijs, finalist of the YPF piano competition and praised as a 'colour virtuoso', he and Coraline guarantee an intensely musical performance of this beautiful programme.
