Radio Philharmonic Orchestra starts stipend for young composers
Starting in 2021, the Netherlands Radio Philharmonic Orchestra will be awarding an annual scholarship to young, talented composers. The first scholarship will be awarded to the Dutch-Israeli Karmit Fadael.
